Dr. Umar Johnson is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Certified School Psychologist who specializes in working with the parents of African-American children who receive special education and/or are diagnosed with disruptive behavior disorders.

Dr. Umar is proud to be an African. He has proclaimed on several occasions and in numerous speeches across the globe that African Americans and all Africans in Diaspora’s destiny are intrinsically tied to the Motherland.  According to an ancient African proverb, You must have a home somewhere to feel at home everywhere.

Dr. Umar is one of the most outspoken Pan Africanists.  He is perhaps the most outspoken African who continues to remind Africans that colonial and slave mentality MUST be eradicated and a new philosophy of self-sustainability develop amongst all Global Africans.  According to Dr. Umar. You can choose your religion or nationality, but you can not choose your Race. So Racial identity should be paramount to all Africans.
