Africa is at a crossroads. For the past 60 years, African leaders have failed to live up to expectations and deliver basic services to their citizens. A new generation of leaders is emerging across the continent. New leaders that are striving to find an outlet through which the African continent would be able to play a vital role at the forefront of the world stage, expanding its outreach to Africans in Diaspora, and across the globe. Afro-Brazilians, African-Americans and Afro-Latino population.
To reach this goal of inter-continental unity amongst all Africans across the globe, new African leaders like Osayande Aghaze; President of New Generation Africa, Org are on the frontline. He is one amongst many new African leaders capable of facing up to a number of challenges such as fragmentation of African nation-states and development of a post-colonial educational system in the creation of a new post-colonial mindset
According to Osayande Aghaze,” In order for Africa to prosper in this global economic and political climate, Africa MUST adopt Global and future-oriented solutions. The new generation of Africans deserves and demands more that our so-called leaders have done. But this change will never come if we are not willing and able to bring it to fruition.”
